Victoria Pacheco 是一位註冊營養師，任職於南加州大學亞凱迪亞醫院（USC Arcadia Hospital）社區外展部門。她長期為社區民眾提供營養諮詢，特別關心:

糖尿病

心臟病

癌症營養照顧

體重與健康管理

Victoria 每個月都會開設糖尿病營養課程，也常在社區活動中為長者提供營養衛教與健康檢查服務，幫助大家吃得安心、活得健康。

她畢業於加州州立大學洛杉磯分校 (Cal State Los Angeles)，擁有營養學學士與碩士學位，是合格的註冊營養師。同時，她也在巴薩迪納城市學院與加州州立大學洛杉磯分校擔任教師，培育更多專業人才。Victoria 取得美國營養與飲食學會頒發的「成人體重管理專業證書」，在協助中高齡族群健康管理方面經驗豐富。

Victoria Pacheco is a Registered Dietitian who works in the Community Outreach Department at USC Arcadia Hospital.  She works with a variety of patients to provide nutritional counseling that include clients with gestational diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and weight management issues.  She teaches monthly diabetes classes and provides nutritional education and screenings at community events. 

Victoria graduated from Cal State Los Angeles as a Registered Dietitian and has both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in nutrition. She is on the faculty at Pasadena City College and Cal State Los Angeles. Victoria also has a Certificate in Adult Weight Management with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
